Inserting New Layers in a Group

To insert a new layer in a group:

1.     In the Project Tree, right-click the group.

2.     If you want to insert an imagery layer, select Insert Imagery Layer.

3.     If you want to insert an elevation layer, select Insert Elevation Layer.

4.     The Insert Imagery/Elevation dialog box is displayed. Continue as in creating a new layer. See “Inserting New Layers" in the “Layer Management” chapter for more information.

To insert an existing layer in a group:

1.     In the Project Tree, select the layer.

2.     Drag the layer to the group. The layer moves below the group and is marked as being in it.
