Layers (TBLayers70)

This object gives access to actions for adding and deleting layers.

	Methods
	InsertLayer	Loads a new imagery or elevation layer into the project.
	InsertLayerEx	Loads an imagery or elevation layer into the project with coordinate information and plugin.
	RemoveLayer	Removes a layer from the project.
	Properties
	Count	Gets the number of layers in the project.
	Item	Gets the TBLayer70 element in the specified zero-based index.
