MaxVisibleUpp

Gets and sets the maximum Units per Pixel (UPP) (i.e. the lowest resolution level) in which the layer is still visible. A value of -1 indicates the project’s “Max Range”. For globe projects, the UPP is in meters. Legal values for UPP are restricted to values on the project ruler, with the project ruler defined by a geometric progression with a common ratio of 2. If a value that is not on the project ruler is passed, the closest value on the ruler to the one passed is used.
