Log In to SGS

Logging in to SGS lets you load projects and layers from the server, and access previously saved measurements and viewsheds, and favorite locations. If you have an access token, you can directly access SGS layers without logging in to SGS. See "Open TerraExplorer App and SGS Project" for more information.

 Log in/out to the web app:

1.      On the top of the sidebar, click the Log in link.

2.      Type your User Name and Password. If you want your login details to be automatically completed the next time you log in, select Remember me next time.

3.      Click Log in.

4.      To log out, on the top of the sidebar, click your username link, and then click Log out.

Log in/out to the mobile app:

1.      On the landing page, click the Log In link.

2.      Type your Server URL.

3.      Type your User Name/ Email Address and Password.

4.      Click Connect.

5.      To log out, click Log out. 

Change your password in the web app:

1.      On the top of the sidebar, click your username link. The SkylineGlobe – My Account dialog box is displayed.

2.      Click Change Password. The Change Password dialog box is displayed.

3.      Enter your old and new passwords and click Change.
