About Presentations

Presentations combine a customized flight route with a particular display of the project. You can control the visibility of groups, objects, and messages during different points in the presentation, or show slope and contour maps and shadows. To create a flight route, you can either manually create a list of locations or record a route by navigating through the terrain and saving the exact path you followed.

Presentations consist of a series of actions, which are organized using steps, to help you structure your presentation. Steps are essentially “chapter” headings that provide increased flexibility for displaying a presentation by enabling you to quickly jump between different parts of the presentation.

The presentation controls are displayed when you select a presentation from the Project Tree or when you click Presentation on the Home tab. The control panel includes all of the controls necessary to play a presentation as well as a button to open the Presentation Editor for creating and editing a presentation.
