PublishDirectConnectToSG

Publish the current TBP project to SkylineGlobe Server using the default settings. The PublishDirectConnectToSG method returns only after the DirectConnect project publishing is complete. While the DirectConnect project is being published, the Publish to SkylineGlobe Server dialog is displayed.
